Topdressing
Using our turf starter mix when topdressing lawns combined with
aeration is a proven practice in turf maintenance programs and renovation
procedures. Topdressing adds soil amendments, which helps improve
the chemical and biological characteristics of the soil and in turn
makes for a strong, healthy lawn. Mulch-Tech can effortlessly apply
compost with far more superior results. Topdressing an existing
lawn can be combined with our overseeding to fill in any sparse
or thin areas to make a nice thick turf.

Composting
Tired of applying countless applications of fertilizers to try and
get a lush green lawn? Let Mulch-Tech blow in a thin layer of organic
compost to provide the existing turf with nutrient's it needs to
thrive. Compost helps to promote Microorganism / Earthworm growth
and activity. This helps to provide the lawn with the oxygen it
needs to grow. Topdressing can also be performed after aeration
of the existing turf to lesson the amount of compaction, which suffocates
the lawn, and also provides a way for the compost to penetrate into
